FAQ's - Important information for RSD buyers

The store has sold out of the product I wanted.
The RSD exclusive releases are available in limited quantities on a first come first served basis. We know some customers will be disappointed that their favourite product may have sold out but unfortunately that is the result of their "exclusivity". Queue up earlier is the only answer Im afraid. We can check with our other stores if they still have stock.

The store did not stock the release I wanted.
Not all stores carry every release. Indeed with over 450 releases for RSD it is almost impossible for a shop to carry every title. That is why we advise customers to contact the store before the day to find out what they are stocking.

The product I want is listed on ebay at a high price.
Unfortunately the nature of the exclusive releases means that some unscrupulous 'ebayers' buy the product then list it online. This is the downside of the value in having an RSD release.

All RSD stores sign a code of conduct and cannot sell online for 1 week after RSD and even then must sell for a fair price.

We can only apologise that there are people out there who want to profiteer from the event but we work hard with stores to try wherever possible to restrict known culprits from buying our products.
