Hey Joe Music & Coffee is an independent record shop based in Brentwood, Essex, with new vinyl at the heart of the shop. We carry a wide range of genres, with new releases, reissues and catalogue titles alongside CDs, turntables and music gifts. We’re now in our second location and also run our own online store at heyjoemusic.co.uk, where you can browse and order brand-new vinyl for delivery or collection, including new releases and pre-orders. If something is available to buy online, it’s in stock in the shop too, and we aim to dispatch in-stock orders as promptly as possible during opening hours. The shop also has a relaxed café area serving coffee, cake and drinks, and we host listening parties, live performances and community events. Record Store Day has become one of the highlights of our year, and our 2026 event was easily our biggest and busiest yet, with around 800 people through the shop and 177 online orders shipped afterwards.
