RECORD STORE DAY BLACK FRIDAY: 2026 EXCLUSIVE RELEASES ANNOUNCED

Record Store Day Black Friday returns on Friday 27th November with exclusive releases from Florence + The Machine, Noah Kahan, Sombr, Jessie Ware and many more

Record Store Day Black Friday celebrations return on Friday 27th November, bringing a new line-up of exclusive and limited-edition releases to independent record shops across the UK and Ireland.

This year’s list includes Florence + The Machine, with alternate chamber versions of four tracks from Everybody Scream; Sombr, with the first-ever vinyl release of his In Another Life EP on silver vinyl; as well as special releases from Noah Kahan, Jessie Ware, KATSEYE and Carly Rae Jepsen.

Other highlights include the first retail release of Shawn Mendes’ MTV Unplugged, Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band’s Live at Tower Theatre Philly 1975 and Holly Humberstone’s Live from Cruel World, featuring two performances from her 2026 BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge session.

There’s plenty for the festive season too, with Cher’s Christmas EP, Queen’s Thank God It’s Christmas and Vince Guaraldi Trio’s A Charlie Brown Christmas, which arrives in a limited-edition advent calendar gatefold sleeve.

Elsewhere, 2Pac’s Pac’s Life celebrates its 20th anniversary, while Playboi Carti’s MUSIC – SORRY 4 DA WAIT comes to vinyl for the first time. Closer to home, highlights include releases from The Chemical Brothers, Rose Gray, The Coral, Momoko Gill and Knats.

Releases will be available exclusively from participating UK and Irish independent record shops from 8am on Friday 27th November. Find participating stores here, with a full list of titles overleaf.

Brandan Nolan, Owner of Sticky Black Tarmac, said: “Black Friday can feel like it’s become all about buying more for the sake of it, so Record Store Day Black Friday is a nice antidote to that. It’s about going into your local shop, having a proper browse and coming away with a record you’ll actually value. There are some great releases this year, and it gives people another reason to spend the day supporting independent shops.”

Record Store Day Black Friday offers an alternative to the traditional Black Friday frenzy, with a focus on exclusive releases, record collecting and independent shops. From first-time pressings to special editions and unexpected finds, it’s a chance for music fans to discover something new at their local record shop.
