Three Record Store Day and Bowers & Wilkins exclusive speakers will raise funds for children affected by conflict

Record Store Day UK has announced three charity prize draws of limited-edition Bowers & Wilkins speakers signed by Robert Plant, Wolf Alice and Foals, with all proceeds going to RSD’s official charity partner, War Child.

The three exclusive speakers, donated by longstanding RSD UK partner Bowers & Wilkins, will be drawn separately, with entries open to the public from today. Each prize draw entry costs £5, with no limit on the number of entries per person. All funds raised will be donated in full to War Child, which delivers immediate aid, specialist mental health support, education, and protection to children living in conflict-affected countries around the world.

The limited-edition Bowers & Wilkins’ award-winning 607 S3 bookshelf loudspeakers offer music lovers and Record Store Day fans an accessible entry point into the brand’s renowned True Sound experience.

Foals

Yannis Philippakis said: "There's something about what War Child do that cuts through - it's not abstract. It's children in the middle of conflict being given safety, education and the chance to recover. The world feels overwhelming a lot of the time, but War Child are doing something tangible. You can't really look away from that."

Wolf Alice

Robert Plant, Wolf Alice and Foals have all been longtime supporters of record shops and Record Store Day. Robert Plant was also named the recipient of the Record Store Legend Award ahead of Record Store Day’s 2026 celebration.

Rich Clarke, Executive Head of Music at War Child UK said: "We're hugely grateful to Record Store Day and Bowers & Wilkins, as well as Robert Plant, Wolf Alice, and Foals for supporting War Child UK through this prize draw. Every bid on these fantastic prizes helps raise vital funds and awareness for children affected by conflict.

“Today, one in five children around the world - more than 520 million - are impacted by war. The latest UN figures show that in 2025 alone, a record 24,174 children have suffered grave violations of their rights in armed conflict, including sexual violence and maiming. At a time when children are facing unprecedented levels of violence, partnerships like this make a real difference. Thank you to everyone involved for standing with children when they need it most."

The prize draws will close at 23:59 on 27th July 2026 and winners will be contacted shortly after.  Please note, these prize draws are open to UK residents only. Full terms and conditions apply.
